Capability
Buyers qualify a stone supplier on capability, not adjectives. Machinery, throughput, tolerances, documentation and delivery risk — all on one page, so you can decide whether to spend a call on us.
Plant
Everything listed here is ours and on our premises. We do not job out sawing or polishing to third-party units, which is how thickness and gloss stay consistent across a single order.

Figures are placeholders in this draft — replace with your real machine list, makes and capacities before publishing. Buyers do check these against what they see on a plant visit.
Quality
Gloss is read with a meter and logged per bundle. Thickness is checked at four points per slab. Squareness is measured on the diagonal. Numbers travel with the bundle.
Every slab is photographed against a neutral wall in consistent light. You approve the actual material, not a representative sample from a different block.
The grade sheet is issued at quotation and re-checked at final inspection. If a bundle drops a grade in production, you are told before it ships, not after.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own inspector. Bundles are re-opened for inspection on request and re-packed at our cost.
Water absorption, compressive strength, flexural strength, abrasion resistance and density — from an accredited lab, for specification submittals.
One person owns your order end to end and answers on WhatsApp in your working hours. You should not have to chase a company for a container number.
Logistics
Most claims on stone shipments trace back to packing, not to the stone. Bundles that shift in a container chip on the edges; polished faces that touch each other scuff. Both are avoidable and both are our cost if they happen.
Markets
Trade policy moves. Suppliers who depend on one destination get caught by it; we would rather have four markets running than one large one. This is a commercial decision, and it protects your supply as much as our revenue.
